The last one (‘We can’t change what happened, but we can change how we feel/respond to it’) shocked me because I've realised I've say it to people with anxiety, not specifically to people with trauma tho. I understand that comes from cognitive therapy and that I've been trained to think that's appropriate. I want to learn more about trauma informed approach, where can I start with? What can I read or do to learn more about it? Thanks!
