Dear Abuser,
I know that after the months and years have passed, you still think of me, you still watch me and wonder how I got away and why I’m able to live my life without you.
I write this to you, directly. To my abuser. To your abuser. To all abusers.
The ones you hurt, harmed, frightened and targeted will forever be a million times the person you will ever be.
You broke them down and crushed them for your own amusement and entitlement, and whilst seeking some sense of power in your own life, because deep down, you recognise yourself as powerless and empty. You realise you have nothing positive to offer the world, and you are consumed by hatred, resentment, greed, envy, violence and power.
You can dress up your actions however you like, you can excuse yourself and lie - but your victim will always know who you truly are. You can never escape reality. You can never undo what you did. You are an abuser.
Whether you chose a vulnerable person or child to target and abuse - or whether you chose a strong, confident person to destroy for fun - I just want you to know that I would believe them over you any day of the week.
Your victim will come back stronger, better, more beautiful and more inspiring than anything your warped little mind can ever conjure up. You thought they were weak, but I hope you are forced to watch them rebuild and then overtake you. Know that they are happy and healthy, they are evolving and learning.
You get one life, abuser, and you chose to use it causing harm and trauma to others who trusted you or loved you.
I pray you change - but if you won’t change, I pray that every person around you leaves you lonely and isolated for the rest of your life. It’s safer that way for everyone.
You made the choice to abuse. This is all on you. These are the consequences of your actions - and I hope that your victim goes on to live a fulfilling and wonderful life, whilst you continue to struggle from day to day, lying to everyone around you, covering your ass, tripping over your own BS and ego, and backing yourself into a corner of your own making. I hope every person you get close to realises what you are and runs a mile.
Make no mistake, the victim you tried to crush will ALWAYS be better than you. I will ALWAYS side with them. I will ALWAYS protect them and advocate for them.

Love the whole letter! My 14yo twins are actually seeing what their dad is all about. He also has a much younger gf, which I could have predicted.
He is a sad little low life who will end up very lonely and abandoned, his very worst nightmare.
